The United States is booming with coffee shops all over the place, but Berkeley, California is actually the number one city in terms of coffee shops per capita which a shop for every 2,073 people. There were other contenders that were very close including Vancouver, San Francisco and Seattle. New York is also a very popular place for coffee and studies have been done that show about 62% of adults drink coffee in New York and 42% of those use it to start their day off.
